- Google account data: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
- List data: Grocery lists, items, and shared list memberships you create within the app.
- Device information: Basic device identifiers for authentication and app functionality.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Listly service, including real-time list syncing.
- To authenticate your identity and secure your account.
- To send OTP verification codes to your email.
- To provide AI-powered grocery suggestions based on your shopping patterns.
- To process subscription payments through Google Play Billing.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these cases:
- Shared lists: When you share a list, other members can see the list items and your display name.
- Service providers: We use Resend for email delivery, Azure for hosting, and Google Play for payments.
- Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Azure Cosmos DB with encryption at rest. Authentication tokens are stored using secure device storage. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 with 100,000 iterations.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion by contacting us at sewasoft.info@gmail.com.

You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Update your profile information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your list data
Children's Privacy
Listly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
