By downloading or using Listly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Listly is a shared grocery and todo list application that allows users to create, share, and manage lists in real-time. The service includes a free tier and a premium subscription.
You must provide a valid email address or sign in with Google or Apple to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Subscription length: 1 month (auto-renews monthly)
Subscription price: $0.99 per month (price may vary by region)
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the current period.
For iOS: manage your subscription at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
For Android: manage your subscription at Google Play → Subscriptions.
Users can earn 6 months of free premium by referring 3 active users. An active user is defined as someone who installs the app, creates or joins a list, and adds items. Abuse of the referral system may result in account suspension.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app under Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, all lists you own, and all associated data. If you have an active subscription, cancelling it separately in the App Store or Google Play is required to stop future charges.

You retain ownership of all content (lists, items) you create. By sharing a list, you grant other list members permission to view and edit that list's content.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
Listly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sewasoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Listly.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your data and is incorporated into these Terms.
