By using Listly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Listly is a shared grocery and todo list application that allows users to create, share, and manage lists in real-time. The service includes a free tier and a premium subscription.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

New users receive a 1-month free premium trial upon registration.
Premium subscriptions are billed at $2.99/month through Google Play Billing.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store.
Free accounts are limited to 1 shared list.

5. Referral Program

Users can earn 6 months of free premium by referring 3 active users. An active user is defined as someone who installs the app, creates or joins a list, and adds items. Abuse of the referral system may result in account suspension.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
Abuse the referral system with fake accounts
Interfere with the service's operation

7. Content

You retain ownership of all content (lists, items) you create. By sharing a list, you grant other list members permission to view and edit that list's content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Listly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sewasoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Listly.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
